• Mobile number you provide for verification 

• Message metadata (timestamps, sender IDs, delivery status) 

• Message content (OTPs and transactional security notifications) 

• We do not collect marketing preferences via SMS, and we do not use SMS for promotions. 

 

Use of information 

• Deliver security alerts and OTPs to authenticate access. 

• Prevent fraud and protect account integrity. 

 

Consent 

By supplying your number for verification, you consent to receive transactional SMS for 2FA. 

 

Sharing 

We may share necessary information with Microsoft/Azure Communication Services and telecommunications carriers strictly to route and deliver messages. We do not sell personal information. 

 

Retention 

We retain SMS message content and related metadata indefinitely unless deletion is requested or required by law. You may request deletion by contacting support@cyberforceq.com. 

 

Security 

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate for protecting the information we process.
